The Tenant is required to:
• Occupy the premises only bourgeoisly, to the exclusion of the exercise of any trade, profession or industry, the tenant recognizing that this rental has only been granted to him as a temporary residence and pleasure, major condition without which the rental would not have been granted to him.
• Do not do anything which, through your own actions or those accompanying you, could harm the peace of the neighborhood or other occupants.
• Occupy the premises personally and may IN NO CIRCUMSTANCES sublet, even free of charge, nor transfer their rental rights, except with the written consent of the Lessor.
• Do not exceed the occupancy capacity of the property. • Do not store, under any circumstances, furniture, except for linen and small objects.
• Do not make any modification or change in the arrangement of furniture and premises; nor transport the furniture and objects furnishing it from the rented property.
• Do not bring any pet into the rented property without prior authorization from the Lessor, the possibility of detention being subject to the fact that the animal does not cause any damage or disturbance of enjoyment in the neighborhood.
• Do not use internet access for purposes contrary to legal provisions, particularly with regard to prohibitions on the reproduction, representation or communication of works protected by copyright.
• Allow work to be carried out during the rental, in the rented premises, the obvious urgency of which does not allow it to be postponed.
• Inform the Confidentiel Hotel, upon arrival, of any anomaly observed (in particular incomplete inventory or housekeeping problem). After this period, the rented property will be considered to have been given clean and in working order upon entry by the Tenant.
• Immediately inform Confidential Hotel of any disaster or damage occurring in the rented premises, even if no apparent damage results.
